PAINTING TWO MORE BUTTERFLIES FOR KAREN'S GARAGE/CARRIAGE HOUSE DOORS

PAINTING TWO MORE BUTTERFLIES FOR KAREN'S GARAGE/CARRIAGE HOUSE DOORS

Remember the garage door that I painted a few weeks ago?
Karen wanted it to look like two carriage house doors that open in the middle.
Here is a link to that post:
I painted butterflies and vines on the door(s).
Karen called and wanted me to paint two more butterflies.
Next time I'm over that way, I'll paint a little more black on the caterpillar part of the butterfly.
I loved painting the butterflies.
From the street, it looks like my painted vines might be a part of the foliage in the pot by the garage door.  In the winter my vine will be the only thing green.
I love working with Karen.

  1. Bonjour chère amie,

Une très jolie manière de prolonger l'été en peignant ces adorables papillons sur votre porte.

    Gros bisous ♡

    1. Hi Martine. Yes, summer can last year round. Karen's house is on a little hill in the neighborhood. So, everyone who walks by can see how pretty her house is.

  2. This looks beautiful. I love seeing places with an individual touch like these butterflies, it makes them much more interesting, and fun to look at. We have windows with roses, everyone says how much they stand out. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work, you are very talented. Thank you for sharing this.

  3. You are a very talented artist. Your butterfly paintings look amazing. I like the idea of putting your butterflies on the garage. They can be enjoyed all year long no matter what the weather is like. I would be interested to see the final product on the garage. I am sure it is beautiful.
